This mix was inspired by all the cool kids out there. The ones who are hot & smart. You know who you are. Saw one of my favs a few weeks ago, Mos Def at the Nokia Theater. Jay Electronica played with him as well but I don't think he got enough credit. The crowd was getting antsy but they should pay more attention to artists like Jay Electronica. Good stuff for sure.



Spring and summer are excellent times to catch shows in NYC. In two weeks, I'll be seeing Cinematic Orchestra and Feist and in a month I'll be going to Radio City to see Erykah Badu. Definitely check out her new album if you haven't already.
