Don't forget your mom this weekend. Give her a call because you know you don't call her enough....or at least in her opinion. Saw Jamie Lidell a couple of weeks ago at Bowery Ballroom. I had not heard of this guy until then but I highly recommend. This guy had tons of energy and put on a great live performance. Not your usual stagnant laptop show. Also going to see Nomo at Mercury Lounge next Tuesday. Have never seen them before and don't know a whole lot about their music but should be an excellent show. I can just feel it. As always, enjoy the music.
